Higher vocational colleges are a vital part of the three-track multi-level system of teacher education in China.The teacher's professional certification of higher vocational colleges has different development environment from that of regular college,showing different development patterns.To further understand and fully implement the dynamic transformation of teacher education accreditation policies,this paper interprets,employing the Fourth Generation Educational Evaluation as a theoretical framework,to explain,analyze and improve the practice of teacher professional certification in higher vocational colleges.In the situation of high quality development of teacher education system,higher vocational colleges need to carry out professional certification work solidly to further enhance the important role of teacher education system.The colleges should attach importance and respond to the interests of the education administration on the quality of teacher education,study and research the accreditation feedback,then set up to school's improvements.And they should also focus on student learning experience and improve student satisfaction,track the changing trend of the job market's demand for the ability of normal university students and adjust the talent training program timely,and renew teachers'understanding of teacher professional certification and enhance their curriculum evaluation ability.
