依据OBE理念,利用目标达成度对采用线上线下混合教学的高级财务会计课程教学效果进行评价.首先明确课程目标、毕业要求、课程考核方式及权重;然后依据课程目标与毕业要求指标点之间的矩阵关系及OBE理念下课程考核方式与毕业要求指标点的对应关系,构建课程目标达成度评价模型;接着将上述评价模型应用于九江学院会计学专业 47 人班级的高级财务会计课程目标达成评价中;最后,针对评价结果提出改进的具体措施,以促进教学质量的不断提升,实现 OBE理念的闭环管理.
Based on the concept of OBE,this paper evaluates the teaching effect of Advanced Financial Accounting by using the measurement index of goal achievement.First,it needs to make clear the course objectives and graduation requirements,the course assessment methods and weights.Then,according to the matrix relationship between curriculum objectives and graduation requirement index points and the corresponding relationship between curriculum assessment method and graduation requirement index points under the OBE concept,the evaluation model of curriculum objectives achievement degree is constructed.Then,the above evaluation model is applied to the achievement evaluation of Advanced Financial Accounting for 47 accounting majors in Jiujiang University.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward some concrete measures to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality and realize the closed-loop management of OBE concept.
