College students'participation in innovation and entrepreneurship practice projects is becoming an important way to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities.However,due to the lack of professional guidance teachers and the uncertainty and complexity of projects,the guiding effect of such practice projects is not good.This paper aims to explore a guidance method with strong universal applicability based on the GROW question method of coaching technology,and form a specific question list and question method,in order to provide reference and reference for the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship practice projects in colleges and universities.
