大学生学科竞赛参与动机的多维构成与作用机制

鼓励和支持大学生参与学科竞赛,是高校培养大学生综合素质和创新实践能力的有力手段之一.该文以 2023 年参与第十八届"兴晋挑战杯"大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛的大学生为研究对象,运用结构方程模型探究当代大学生的学习动机、成就动机、社交动机和被动参与等构面对其参与动机产生的影响,进而解释大学生学科竞赛参与动机的影响因素和作用机制.研究发现,学习动机、社交动机、被动参与均对参与态度产生显著的正向影响,其中社交动机对参与态度的正向影响最为显著.最后从提高大学生学科竞赛参与意愿的角度,提出相关政策建议.
Encouraging and supporting college students to participate in discipline competitions is one of the powerful means to cultivate comprehensive quality and innovative practical ability of college students.In this paper,the structural equation modeling is used to investigate the influence of learning motivation,achievement motivation,social motivation,and passive participation on the motivation of college students who participated in the 18th"Xingjin Challenge Cup"extracurricular academic science and technology competition in 2023.And then the study explains the factors and mechanisms of the motivation of college students in academic competitions.The study finds that learning motivation,social motivation,and passive participation all had significant positive effects on participation attitudes,with social motivation having the most significant positive effect on participation attitudes.Finally,relevant policy suggestions are put forward from the perspective of improving college students'willingness to participate in disciplinary competitions.
