基于虚拟仿真平台的KSR-CDIO教学实践——以内科护理学实训课程为例

为探讨基于虚拟仿真平台的KSR-CDIO模式应用于内科护理学课程实践教学的效果,采用方便抽样法,选取 2022 级高职护理 5、8 班共 132 名学生为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=67)和对照组(n=65).对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用虚拟仿真平台下的KSR-CDIO模式进行教学.对比两组教学效果.观察组理论考核成绩、实训考核成绩、自主学习能力总分及各维度、评判性思维能力总分及各维度得分显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).该教学模式的创新应用有助于提高学生的理论考核和操作技能成绩,培养自主学习能力,提高学生评判性思难能力,从而提高内科护理学的实训教学效果,值得进一步推广应用.
To explore the effect of applying the KSR-CDIO mode based on virtual simulation platform in the practical teaching of"Internal Medicine Nursing".Convenient sampling method was used to select 132 students from Class 5 and Class 8 of 2022 vocational nursing as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=67)and a control group(n=65).The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods,while the observation group was taught using the KSR-CDIO mode on a virtual simulation platform.The study compares the teaching effectiveness of two groups.The theoretical assessment scores,practical training assessment scores,total score and dimensions of self-directed learning ability,and total score and dimensions of critical thinking ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The innovative application of this teaching model can help improve students'theoretical assessment and operational skills,cultivate self-learning ability,enhance students'critical thinking ability,and thus improve the practical teaching effect of"Internal Medicine Nursing".It is worth further promoting and applying.
