Based on the characteristics of Data Analysis and Mining course,case teaching integrating the OBE concept is an important method to improve the quality of course teaching.In this paper,it is explored that how to integrate the OBE concept into case-based teaching within this course.Firstly,it points out that the design of course cases should not only aim to systematic knowledge construction,but also emphasizes principles such as strong comprehensiveness,emphasis on practice,and high effectiveness.Furthermore,based on the relationship between the course content modules,a design idea for the case library that combines a"unit case library"with a"holistic case library"is put forward.Additionally,it elaborates on the processes and methods for implementing these cases.Finally,the evaluation indicators and methods for case-based teaching are discussed.
