基于课程思政建设的细胞工程课程教学改革探索

细胞工程是高校生物技术专业的核心课程之一.课程主要包括动细胞融合、克隆、胚胎工程等先进的科学技术,其应用涉及制药、农业、医学和环境等多个方面.同时该课程涵盖丰富的生物伦理、职业道德、民族自信、法治意识和公民品格等思政问题,承载学生对社会责任、职业素养、家国情怀等德育的培养.因此,在新形势高校思政教育理念下,我们围绕"三全育人"的政治任务的核心点,肩负着为党育人、为国育人的政治理念,推进其思政课程进教材、进课堂、进头脑.探讨细胞工程课程的思政建设,挖掘其蕴含的德育及智育的思政元素,巧妙地融入思政教学,基于思政课程建设从教学方式和考核方式积极探索细胞工程的教学改革策略.
Cellular Engineering is one of the core courses in the biotechnology major at colleges and universities.The course mainly includes advanced scientific technologies such as cell fusion,cloning,and embryo engineering,and its applications cover pharmaceuticals,agriculture,medicine,and the environment in many aspects.At the same time,the course covers a wealth of political and ethical issues related to biology,including biological ethics,professional ethics,national confidence,rule of law awareness,and citizenship character,and carries the task of cultivating students'social responsibility,professional ethics,and patriotic sentiments.Therefore,under the new situation of college ideological and political education,we should adhere to the core point of the political task of comprehensive ideological and political education,shoulder the political concept of cultivating people for the Party and the country,and promote the ideological and political education into textbooks,classrooms,and minds.We explore the ideological and political construction of Cellular Engineering course,mine its ideological and political elements of moral education and intellectual education,skillfully integrate ideological and political education,and actively explore the teaching reform strategies of Cellular Engineering based on the construction of ideological and political courses from teaching methods and evaluation methods.
