To explore the correlation of the social-school-family-student four-dimensional influence factors on the academic early warning mechanism through regression analysis.A survey was conducted among 421 students majoring in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and western medicine in Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Principal component analysis is used to establish a multi-factor regression analysis model. After building the model,it finds that the five most influential factors are family, extracurricular activities, learning foundation, interpersonal relationship, and employment status.Among them,in the importance analysis, the highest educational level of parents, living expenses/month,number of failed courses, place of household registration, serving as a class committee member, and counselor's contact with parents ranked the top six.Through the stepwise regression analysis and interactive analysis of the four-dimensional factors,it was found that family factors and school factors had the most significant impact on academic early warning, and there was no interactive relationship between the two.Based on the results of regression analysis, the main factors affecting academic performance are family factors and school factors. In the family dimension, the highest educational level of parents and living expenses/month play a major role in negative correlation with academic performance. The school dimension is mainly the relationship between counselors and parents and the establishment and development of related systems have a greater impact, and are positively correlated with academic performance.
