The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between employment stress and well-being of college students in the post-epidemic era.The study used a questionnaire survey to investigate the problem.A total of 278 valid questionnaires were collected in this study,and the data were analyzed by first descriptive analysis of the independent and dependent variables,and then by correlation and regression analysis to study the specific effects of college students'employment pressure on happiness.The results of the study showed that college students in the post-epidemic era are generally facing higher employment pressure,and there is a certain correlation between employment pressure and college students'well-being.Higher employment pressure tends to reduce the level of college students'happiness.This may be because employment pressure brings psychological burden and uncertainty to college students,making it difficult for them to enjoy life and feel satisfaction.In conclusion,there is a relationship between employment stress and happiness among college students in the post-epidemic era.Understanding and coping with college students'employment stress,providing support and cultivating a positive mindset are important for improving their well-being.This provides a certain reference value for the research and practice of issues related to employment stress and happiness among college students.
