高校协同育人机制模型探索

高校辅导员、专业课教师与思政课教师作为高校教育一线的三支主要队伍,三者协同育人是高等学校推行国家协同创新理念和贯彻教育部新思想的有效举措.该文对当前形势下三者协同育人现状进行梳理后,根据三者的属性特征,采用实证主义方法论,构建三者协同育人的共圆心、齐发力的"三圆"模型,不同的身份赋予模型不同的半径(R1 代表辅导员内层圆的育人半径,R2 代表专业课教师中层圆的育人半径,R3 代表思政课教师外层圆的育人半径),为高校思想政治工作高质量发展提供经验参考和政策建议.
College counselors,professional course teachers,and ideological and political course teachers are the three main teams on the front line of higher education.Collaborative education among the three is an effective measure for universities to promote the national collaborative innovation concept and implement the new ideas of the Ministry of Education.After sorting out the current situation of the three parties'collaborative education under the current situation,according to the attribute characteristics of the three parties,and using the positivism methodology,this paper constructs the"three circles"model of the three parties'collaborative education of people with a common center and joint efforts.Different identities endow the model with different radii(R1 represents the education radius of the inner circle of counselors,R2 represents the education radius of the middle circle of professional teachers,and R3 represents the education radius of the outer circle of ideological and political teachers).This paper provides experience and policy recommendations for the high-quality development of ideological and political work in universities.
