后疫情时代生涯教育推动高校学风建设的策略研究

高校生涯教育和学风建设是提升人才培养质量和科学研究水平的重要保障,新冠感染疫情暴发给高校的学风建设带来前所未有的冲击和挑战,导致后疫情时代学生学习模式不适应、教师教学质量待提升、学校管理机制不完善等诸多问题.该文针对生涯教育缺位导致的学生生涯目标缺失、教师生涯指导缺位、学校生涯服务不足等突出表现,进一步探讨后疫情时代生涯教育如何推进高校学风建设,从激活生涯潜能,增强学习内在动机;挖掘生涯内涵,贯穿教育活动始终;优化生涯策略,培养自主求职意识等方面出发提出解决策略,以期为培育优良高校学风提供理论依据.
The construction of career education and study style construction in colleges and universities is an important guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training and scientific research level.The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought unprecedented impacts and challenges to the study style construction in colleges and universities,leading to many problems in the post-epidemic era,such as students'learning mode is not adapted,teachers'teaching quality needs to be improved,and school management mechanism is not perfect.Based on the outstanding performance of the lack of career education,such as the lack of students'career goals,the teachers'career guidance,and the school career services,this paper further discusses how career education in the post-epidemic era promotes the construction of college study style,so as to activate the career potential and enhance the intrinsic motivation of learning.The paper excavates the connotation of career throughout the educational activities.In order to provide theoretical basis for cultivating excellent academic style in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward countermeasures from aspects of optimizing career strategy and cultivating self-seeking consciousness.
