职业本科高校思政教育困境与发展路径分析

职业教育担负着培养大批高素质、应用型人才的重要任务,思想政治教育工作贯穿于职业教育全过程.通过问卷调查与分析,发现德育联动创新性、思政目标融合性、行为引导持续性、心理教育力度性和劳动教育观念性是影响职业本科高校思想政治教育的关键因素,应从三方主体的协同联动、学生为本的价值理念、行为引导的实践教育、基于美育的心理素质和创新评价的劳动素养等方面进行转变,进而提升职业本科高校思想政治教育的实效性.
Vocational education is responsible for cultivating a large number of high-quality,application types of important tasks,and ideological and political education work runs throughout the process of vocational education.Through the questionnaire and analysis,it is found that moral education joint innovation,integration,behavioral guidance,psychological education,and labor education concept are key factors affecting the ideological and political education of the occupational undergraduate colleges.However,from the synergistic linkage of the tripartite main body,the students have changed the value concept,the practice of behavioral guidance,and the psychological quality of the aesthetic education,and the labor literacy of the innovation evaluation,and thereby enhance the professional undergraduate colleges and universities.
