The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)took the innovation-driven development strategy as the fundamental and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country,and combined with the"Double First-class Majors"plan of the Ministry of Education,put forward the goal of cultivating all kinds of outstanding talents with the ability to lead the future development,giving new scientific connotation and development direction to innovation and entrepreneurship education and the construction of first-class majors.It is an important task in the reform of higher education to seize the opportunity of constructing first-class undergraduate majors and explore the construction mode and path of first-class undergraduate majors oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship and the construction of the first-class undergraduate major in public administration,this paper explores the inherent logic of their mutual promotion and advancement,and proposes ideas and mode choices for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in innovation and entrepreneurship education.The aim of the study is to provide ideas and reference for the high-quality development of the first-class undergraduate major in public administration.
