新能源材料方向研究生多方位培养模式探索

"碳达峰""碳中和"目标凸显新能源技术发展的重要性,为新能源材料方向研究生培养带来新的机遇与挑战。该文论述新能源材料方向研究生培养的重要性及在思政教育、课程体系构建、科研能力与素养培养等方面存在的挑战。随后,提出多方位培养模式,探讨通过开展贯穿培养全过程的思政教育、在教学中引入新能源材料前沿知识、培养学科交叉能力、增强论文选题与企业难题的关联性、提升学术表达能力,以促进学生的知识体系构建和科研能力培养,以期为新能源材料方向研究生培养质量提升提供参考。
The goals of"peak carbon emissions"and"carbon neutrality"highlight the importance of the development of new energy technologies,and bring new opportunities and challenges to the education of postgraduate students in the direction of new energy materials.This paper discusses the importance of cultivating postgraduate students in the direction of new energy materials,as well as the challenges in ideological and political education,curriculum system construction,and research ability cultivation.Subsequently,a multi-dimensional cultivation mode is proposed to explore the improvement of students'knowledge system construction and research ability through carrying out ideological and political education throughout the entire cultivation process,introducing forefront knowledge of new energy materials into teaching,cultivating interdisciplinary abilities,enhancing the correlation between thesis topics and enterprise problems,and improving academic expression abilities.The aim of the study is to provide reference for improving the quality of postgraduate education in the direction of new energy materials.
