材料成形及控制工程专业开设的课程中有大量关于铸造工艺、注塑成型工艺等内容,在相关课程课堂教学与实践教学中遇到的许多问题过于复杂,很难调动学生学习的积极性,若能将华铸CAE及华塑CAE广泛运用到材料学院的教学过程中,不仅能够大大便于工艺分析、三维模拟等模块,而且能够激发学生的学习兴趣。该文给出材料学院教学过程中运用华铸CAE、华塑CAE软件的规划。
There are a lot of contents about casting technology and injection molding technology in the courses of material forming and control engineering specialty.Many problems encountered in the classroom teaching and practice teaching of related courses are too complicated,it is difficult to arouse the enthusiasm of students.If InteCAST and HSCAE can be widely used in the teaching process of Material Institute,it can not only facilitate the process analysis,three-dimensional simulation and other modules,but also stimulate students'interest in learning.This paper presents the programming of inteCAST and HSCAE software in the teaching process of Material Institute.
