面向高校工科专业的产教学研一体化教育模式构建

工科背景下加强综合素养的提升与产业需求为导向的教育模式改革是高校课程体系教学改革的新方向和新要求,通过对目前工科人才培养存在的问题进行分析,聚焦课程体系重构、教学模式改革、实践体系定位等方面,采用融合OBE(Outcome-Based E-ducation)和IPBL(Industrial Problem-Based Learning)理念的方法,提出"1+2+1"的全过程、多维度产教学研一体化教育培养模式,通过实践应用促进工科专业复合型人才的培养,为工科教育模式改革提供思路。
Under the engineering background,strengthening the improvement of comprehensive literacy and industrial demand-oriented education model reform are the new direction and new requirements of the teaching reform of the curriculum system in colleges and universities.Through analyzing the existing problems in the training of engineering talents,the paper focuses on the reconstruction of the curriculum system,the reform of the teaching model,positions the practice system and other aspects,integrates the concepts of OBE(Outcome-Based Education)and IPBL(Industrial Problem-Based Learning).The research proposes a 1+2+1 whole process and multi-dimensional integrated education and training model of production,teaching and research.Through practice and application,it promotes the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents and provides ideas for the reform of engineering education mode.
