专业技能课程四位一体多元化教学模式研究

针对传统理工科专业技能理论课程教学中实践不足等问题,构建并应用"课堂互动学习+网络辅助学习+课外实践深化+多元化评价学习效果"四位一体的多元化教学模式。该教学模式可充分发挥教师课上主导性与学生课下自主性,采用翻转课堂、案例式教学等方式引导学生互动式学习,线上学习激发学生的自主学习意识,实现对课堂讲授的有益补充。课外利用科研平台和课程实践环节,强化理论知识的理解和应用,培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力;通过知识、能力、素质并重的多元化考核方式进行短期和长期评价。教学实践显示,该模式教学效果良好,可为高等理工科专业的专业技能理论课教学提供借鉴和思考。
To solve the problems of the gap between theory and practice,a four-in-one multiple teaching mode has been constructed and applied.The mode includes classroom interactive learning,network assisted learning,extracurricular practice and diversified learning evaluation.The novel teaching mode can give full play to the teachers'dominance in the class and the students'self-study out of class by guiding the students'interactive learning using the flipped classroom and case teaching,stimulating the students'autonomy consciousness by online learning,to achieve beneficial supplements to face-to-face teaching.Through the scientific research platform and course practices process,the understanding and application of theoretical knowledge are improved,and the ability of students to discover and solve problems is also improved.In addition,the teaching effect is evaluated in the short and long term by means of diversified assessment with knowledge,ability and quality.The teaching effect showed that this teaching mode can provide reference and thinking for the professional skills theoretical courses for higher engineering and technical majors.
