基于创新型人才培养的课程考核方式改革与实践——以湖南中医药大学有机化学课程为例

创新人才驱动政策指出,高等教育要立足于中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,要培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。课程的考核评价对于创新人才培养目标的达成具有重要作用,既可以基于目标构建考核组成构件,还可以促进、激励学习者学习主动性。以湖南中医药大学有机化学课程为依托,课题组开展课程考核方式的改革与实践。通过重构创新性学习考核成绩组成构件、基于"两性一度"设置多维形成性评价因素、优化末考题型设计和加强实践培训途径与考核占比等方面的改革,着重培养学生创新思维能力、知识综合分析运用能力、强化实验技能与实操能力,以及创新协作与服务社会能力。经过三年的实践,这种考核方式受到学生的认可和好评,能有效推进创新型人才培养目标的实现。该考核模式将逐步向全校其他课程推广,有力促进专业建设、学科建设,最终服务于创新人才的高效培养。
The policy of innovation-driven talents points out that higher education should be based on the overall strategy of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented changes in the next century,and should train socialist builders and successors with all around development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor education.The assessment and evaluation of courses plays an important role in the achievement of the training goals of innovative talents,which can not only build the assessment component based on the objectives,but also promote and stimulate the learning initiative of learners.Based on Organic Chemistry course of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,our group have carried out the reform and practice about the course assessment method of Organic Chemistry.In order to cultivate the abilities of innovative thinking,knowledge comprehensive analysis,the experimental skills,and innovation collaboration and service society,we have made some reform and practice by reconstructing innovative learning evaluation performance component,optimizing design of the final exam,strengthening the practice training way and examination of reform,and setting multidimensional formative evaluation factors based on knowledge with the characters of high level,innovation and challenging.After three years of practice,this assessment method has received high praise and recognition from students,and it can effectively promote the achievement of the goal of cultivating innovative talents.This assessment model will gradually be promoted to other courses throughout Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,which can effectively promote professional and disciplinary development,and ultimately serving the efficient cultivation of innovative talents.
