The ideological and political education of postgraduate students is an important part of ideological and political work and postgraduate education in colleges and universities.Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of postgraduates is the realistic requirement of comprehensively improving the comprehensive literacy of postgraduates,carrying out the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities,constructing a harmonious society and comprehensively building a modern powerful socialist country.This paper took an agricultural and forestry university in Shanxi Province as an example,conducted a questionnaire survey with postgraduates,supervisors and counsellors as research objects,analyzed the current situation,problems and reasons of the synergistic education of postgraduates'ideological and political education between supervisors and counselors,and on this basis to explore the effective way of their collaborative education.
