针对控制工程硕士研究生培养模式存在的问题,结合学科特点及专业型硕士研究生的基本要求,给出以创新素养提升为导向的"多维协同"的培养模式的构建思路,从课程创新教育体系、优质导师和教学团队、科技融合育人、工程实践认知等方面进行培养模式的构建,形成较好的教学效果。
Considering the problems existing in the cultivation mode for master of control engineering,combined with the characteristics of this discipline and basic requirements of professional master,the idea of constructing the"multi-dimensional collaborative"cultivation model oriented on the improvement of innovation literacy is given.From the aspects of curriculum innovation education system,quality tutors and teaching team,science and technology integration education,engineering practice cognition,etc.,the cultivation model is construction,and a good teaching effect is formed.
