The quality of graduate education has a lifeline significance for graduate education,and the quality of graduate education is one of the important factors in promoting the construction and development of universities.Ensuring and improving the quality of graduate education in agricultural and forestry universities has become the responsibility of universities to the country,society,and young students.On the basis of drawing on existing achievements,Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering College aims to improve the quality of graduate education in full-time agricultural and forestry colleges.From the aspects of enrollment mobilization mechanism,mentor selection,award and assistance system,process management,and appeal reward and punishment evaluation system,this paper explores and practices the management system of graduate education,properly solves contradictions and problems in education and teaching,and creates a relaxed,free,fair and just academic environment to stimulate the emergence of innovative achievements among teachers and students and improve the innovation ability and academic level of graduate students.
