The Party building in colleges and universities and the integration of ideological and political education in curriculums are key measures to implement the fundamental goal of moral education and to construct a comprehensive ideological and political education system.They share a high degree of consistency,compatibility,and congruency.Although relevant research achievements are abundant,there is still a lack of significance demonstration and practical exploration based on specific disciplinary perspectives.First,this paper discusses the significance of leading the ideological and political education in foreign language courses through the Party building in colleges and universities.Second,based on the top-level design plan,this paper proposes an overall approach to leading the ideological and political education in courses through party building from three aspects:ideological construction,organizational construction,and institutional construction.Finally,taking the teaching practices and extension activities carried out by the Party branch as examples,this paper proposes specific measures from three dimensions:points,lines,and planes.
