建筑领域非全日制工程管理硕士培养模式与路径研究

职业为导向的非全日制专业硕士丰富完善研究生学位制度,不同领域多已经形成各具特色并相对固定的特色培养模式。结合山东某高校实践,该文以建筑领域非全日制工程管理硕士为研究对象,分析国内外的硕士培养模式,总结一个目标、两个体系及两种方法的"122"培养模式,从重实践的国际化知识结构体系、知识模块清晰简洁的课程体系、反思案例教学为主的教学方法及规定标准动作的质量四个方面分析"122"模式的实施路径。实践表明,该模式能有效提高培养质量。
The vocational-oriented part-time professional master had enriched and improved the postgraduate degree system.And it had formed their own characteristics and relatively fixed characteristic education mode in different master fields.After analyzing the education mode of master in China and other countries,the paper summarized the education mode named"122"with one goal,two systems and two methods of a university in Shandong Province in the architecture field of part-time master of engineering management.The paper also analyzed the implementation path of 122 mode from four aspects:international knowledge structure system with emphasis on practice,curriculum system with clear and concise knowledge modules,teaching method based on rethinking case teaching and quality of prescribed standard actions.It had showed that the mode can effectively improve the quality of education.
