As a place for receiving higher education,colleges and universities are the cradle of high-level talents,the incubator of professional talents,and an important way to cultivate talents for the party and the country.The foundation of education is teachers,and only high-quality college teachers can cultivate high-quality talents.The construction of teachers has always been the key content of education reform.In order to explore and improve the training of young teachers in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges and universities,this paper takes the Basic Medical College of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine as an example,and comprehensively uses various methods such as literature research,interview research,continuous training,collective lesson preparation,teaching seminars,mentor and supervision systems,and teaching competitions to explore the training methods and approaches of young teachers in higher traditional Chinese medicine colleges from the perspectives of"problem driven","atmosphere driven","leading-driven"and"system driven".The aim of the study is to provide reference for other colleges.
