"专创融合"实践教学体系构建研究——以人力资源管理专业为例

"专创融合"实践教学体系以利益相关者对学生实践能力的需求为依据、以高校对学生实践能力的供给为基础,能有效提升学生的专业技能及创新创业素养。对于由理论知识和实务技术两大板块构成的人力资源管理等工商管理类专业而言,通过设定培养目标、重置课程结构、完善教学环节和规划实践项目等举措,积极探索创新创业教育融入专业教育的路径,能让学生在提高人力资源管理实操能力的同时,学习创新创业知识与技能,进而产生浓厚的专业学习兴趣,培育创新意识,激发创业灵感,强化教学效益。
The practical teaching system of"integration of specialty withinnovation and entrepreneurship"is based on the demand of stakeholders for students'practical abilities and the supply of practical abilities by universities,which can effectively enhance students'professional skills and innovation and entrepreneurship literacy.For business management majors such as human resource management,which consist of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,exploring the path of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education actively through measures such as setting training objectives,resetting curriculum structure,improving teaching processes,and planning practical projects can enable students to improve their practical abilities in human resource management while learning innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge and skills,thereby generating a strong interest in professional learning,cultivating innovation consciousness,stimulating entrepreneurial inspiration,and strengthening teaching effectiveness.
