Strengthening labor education is beneficial for college students to better adapt to the needs of social development and contribute to personal growth and socialist modernization construction.This article analyzes the importance,current situation,and causes of strengthening labor education in local universities in the new era,and proposes four implementation paths for labor education:enriching the forms of labor education in the new era,strengthening the construction of labor education teaching staff in the new era,promoting the construction of labor education courses,and establishing a scientific labor education evaluation system.This provides reference for building a labor education training system in local universities.
