实现"双碳"目标的背景下,常规油气能源逐渐向绿色低碳洁净能源领域转型。多以油气勘探为培养目标的石油院校地质类硕士研究生,将面临油气绿色低碳勘查开采、新能源开发利用等特殊技能需求。为加快推进碳达峰碳中和("双碳")地质类硕士研究生培养体系建设,进一步完善高质量人才模式,提高该领域研究生服务国家重大战略需求和区域经济社会发展能力,瞄准"双碳"目标,从培养体系、产教融合、教育路径、师资队伍和国际交流合作等角度阐述石油行业特色院校地质类硕士研究生的培养途径,以期为实现"双碳"目标提供地质类硕士研究人才保障。
In the context of achieving the"dual carbon"goal,conventional oil and gas energy is gradually transitioning towards the field of green,low-carbon,and clean energy.Most of the geology master in petroleum universities who take oil and gas exploration as the training goal will face special skills needs such as green and low-carbon exploration and exploitation of oil and gas,new energy development and utilization.In order to accelerate the construction of the training system for master's students of geology in the field of carbon peak carbon neutrality("double carbon"),further improve the high-quality talent model,improve the ability of postgraduates in this field to serve major national strategic needs and regional economic and social development,the paper aims at the"double carbon"goal from the perspective of international exchange and cooperation,elaborates on the training methods for geology master in characteristic universities in the petroleum industry,in order to provide a guarantee for geological master's research talents to achieve the"dual carbon"goal.
