The curriculum politics of college courses are essential for strategically implementing the fundamental task of cultivat-ing individuals.One such significant course is"Introduction to Remote Sensing"in the field of geographyscience,which specifically targets teachers'professional development.The main objective of this course is to familiarize students with advanced techniques and methodologies for acquiring and processing geoscience data.This paper employs Introduction to Remote Sensing as a case study to explore the goals and approaches of curriculum politics.Furthermore,it aims to uncover ideological and political elements embedded within the course,such as patriotism,innovation,science,craftsmanship,and teamwork.Through this examination,the article intends to clarify the effectiveness of teaching and optimization strategies associated with curriculum politics.Ultimately,this research offers valuable insights into integrating ideological and political components successfully within geography science courses,particularly those designed for teacher training purposes.
