The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened a new era for development of postgraduate education.Based on the characteristics of postgraduates'ideology and behavior in the new era,the reform strategy for educational management and training process in research institutes are introduced.The current situation and existing problems between supervisor-postgraduate relationship through interviews and questionnaires are discussed,while suggestions on improving the quality of postgraduate students'cultivation are further proposed.
