In recent years,universities have successively adopted expulsion policies,which improves the delayed graduation rate of doctoral students to a certain extent.But improving the process of doctoral student diversion mechanism can fundamentally improve the quality of doctoral education.Based on the practice of doctoral student diversion at H University,this paper reflects on the intrinsic value implications,practical and theoretical obstacles encountered in the process of doctoral student diversion,and explores in-depth the government logic,university administrative logic,academic logic,personal value logic,and social logic behind these obstacles,then proposes corresponding optimization strategies.
