For the first time,the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China issued a separate chapter on the integration of education,science and technology,and human resources work,especially highlighting the important role of education in serving the national strategic development.By analyzing the employment data of 3"double first-class"finance and economics colleges and universities in China,it is found that the graduates of finance and economics colleges and universities present certain characteristics in employment choice and promotion,and these characteristics make the graduates of finance and economics colleges and universities form a"break"in serving the national strategic needs.This paper analyzes the laws and characteristics of employment,explores the reasons behind its formation,proposes to vigorously explore new employment markets and new fields,establishes new financial talent training goals.The study suggests to strengthen the guidance strategy of employment education,help finance and economics colleges and universities achieve the talent training goal of"finance and economics to the country",and further improve the ability of finance and economics colleges and universities to serve the national strategic development under the background of the new era.
