"工匠精神"是德国工业技术文化的重要元素,在德国经济、文化和教育体系中有着深厚的传统和重要的地位。通过分析德国劳动技术教育专业的课程设置、内容特色、实践过程和课程考核等方面可以看出,德国劳动技术教育注重对人职业性和实践性的培育,其多维立体的课程设置和严格规范的实践体系能使受教育者具备基本的职业概念、道德品质和职业素养,在潜移默化中传递"工匠精神"的理念。结合中国国情,借鉴德国劳动技术教育的培养模式,可以有效推动育人和社会经济发展相互促进。
"Craftsmanship"is an important element of Germany's industrial and technological culture,and has a deep tradition and an important position in Germany's economy,culture and education system.By analyzing the curriculum,content characteristics,practice process,course assessment and other aspects of German Ergonomics Education,it can be seen that German Ergonomics Education focuses on the cultivation of vocational and practical training of human beings,and its multi-dimensional and three-dimensional curriculum and strictly standardized practice system can enable the educated to have the basic vocational concepts,ethical qualities and vocational literacy,and passes the concept of"craftsmanship"in a subtle way.Taking China's national conditions into account,the German model of Ergonomics Education can effectively promote the mutual promotion of human education and social and economic development.
