Double first-class construction needs first-class talents as support,and university researchers and counselors play an important role in creating first-class and top-notch innovative talents.Part-time counselors for scientific research-based professional course teachers are an important measure to supplement and optimize the team of counselors.Questionnaire was conducted to investigate the views of the students in the classes and the full-time and part-time counselors of the college on the part-time counselors of the new teachers of the scientific research specialized courses in universities.According to the questionnaire results and combined with the author's own experience as a part-time counselor,the advantages and disadvantages of part-time counselor for newly scientific research teacher are analyzed comprehensively and accurately,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in this paper.
