Taking the development of online and offline blended teaching at home and abroad as the main line,this paper starts from the five characteristics of online and offline blended teaching to make a generalized definition of the concept of blended teaching.This paper systematically analyzes the contradictions and problems existing in the online and offline hybrid teaching in major universities.The study focuses on the core elements of the hybrid teaching,and studies and discusses the establishment of the online and offline hybrid teaching operation and management mechanism,aiming to further explore and standardize the online and offline hybrid teaching mode,promote the in-depth promotion of teaching reform in colleges and universities,and improve the quality of college talent training.
