沈阳万福麟公馆的建筑特征研究

摘要
万福麟公馆是一座极为特殊的公馆建筑,它是沈阳近代奉系军阀公馆建筑中唯一一个抛弃了传统砖木混合结构和洋风建筑风格的公馆建筑.万公馆采用近代建筑技术如钢筋混凝土结构,且使用了二十世纪前半叶在沈阳极少采用的新法国古典主义建筑风格和局部新艺术运动风格.本文通过对万公馆的选址、功能分区、建筑风格、建筑结构和防寒保暖措施等诸方面研究,揭示万公馆的建筑特征.在日本铁路附属地快速发展的历史背景下,本文补充了沈阳人自主近代建筑发展的完整性.
Abstract
Wan Fulin Mansion is a very special mansion building in Shenyang.It is the only modern Fengxi Warlord mansion,whose architect nameless abandoned the traditional brick and wood mixed structure and the Westernesque Architecture style that were applied by other mansions in Shenyang.The mansion completely adopt modern architectural technology design such as reinforced concrete structure,and the Neo-French Classicism style with Art Nouveau that were rare in Shenyang during the first half of the 20th century.Based on the study of its site,function,style,structure and heat efficiency ect.,this paper reveals that the architectural design of Wan Mansion complements the integrity of Shenyang's modern architectural development.
