Research on the Architectural Features of Yamen in Southern Song Dynasty-Founded on the Inspect of the Fanjiayan Heritage of Fishing City
In the period of Song and Mongolian Wars,for the sake of the stability of the local political power in Sichuan,the southern Song dynasty mostly moved the Yamen of prefectures to the Anti-Mongolian mountain city.Recent years,the anti Mongolian mountain city site has reappeared with the archaeological excavation.The Fanjiayan Heritage site on the west side of the fishing City mountain is presumed to be Yamen of Hezhou by archaeological experts.Under the limitation of mountainous terrain,the layout,shape and construction of fanjiayan's mountain city Yamen are different from those of plain towns.Based on the ruins of the architectural complex excavated in fanjiayan,Diaoyu City,and referring to the relevant materials in the local chronicles and architectural construction books of the Southern Song Dynasty,this paper to discusses the architectural characteristics of mountain Yamen in the period of Southern Song.
