Since the Ming and Qing dynasties,the Green Lake has been like a bright mirror,clearly reflects the development and changes of Kunming. By sort out evolution process and its landscape features from the three levels of "surface pattern of water""organization of causeways" and "building setup",showing the evolution of the Green Lake Park of Kunming. Since it was incorporated into Kunming,has always been based on the quadratic pattern formed by Ruan Di and Tang Di. With the continuous renewal and enrichment in the later period,the evolution trend has been formed from single to pluralise,from open to closed and then open again. Its architectural and landscape features are also showing a combination and adjustment between past and future
