摘要

为了评定碳纤维复合材料拉伸强度测定结果的可靠性,找出影响复合材料拉伸强度测试的主要因素,以进口T800S级碳纤维制备的单向复合材料样件为试样,通过建立数学模型,计算了测试过程中引入的各种不确定度分量,并获得碳纤维复合材料拉伸强度测试的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.结果表明:进口T800S级碳纤维复合材料拉伸强度的扩展不确定度结果为(1 859±95.6)MPa,主要来源为厚度测量结果重复性和强度测量结果的重复性.

Abstract

In order to evaluate the reliability of the test results of tensile strength of carbon fiber composites and find out the main factors affecting the test process for tensile strength of composite materials,the unidirectional com-posite samples prepared by imported T800S carbon fiber are taken as samples,and various uncertainties introduced in the test process are calculated by establishing a mathematical model.The synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of tensile strength test of carbon fiber composites are obtained.The results show that the extension uncer-tainty of the tensile strength of imported T800S carbon fiber composites is(1,859±95.6)MPa,which mainly comes from the repeatability of the thickness measurement and the repeatability of the strength measurement.
