摘要

基于冻融循环试验,对比研究了玄武岩纤维水泥混凝土与普通水泥混凝土损伤强度,得出玄武岩纤维水泥混凝土冻融损伤强度规律.研究利用公路工程冻融试验方法,开展复合型玄武岩纤维水泥混凝土冻融循环后强度变化分析,同时对比复合型玄武岩纤维水泥混凝土与普通水泥混凝土强度损失影响.试验研究表明:(1)玄武岩粉掺量小于1.5 kg/m3时,掺入对混凝土的抗冻性影响较基准组变化不大;(2)玄武岩纤维掺入对混凝土的抗冻性影响较大,掺量为2.0 kg/m3,混凝土抗冻性能较基准组有所提升;(3)复合型玄武岩纤维水泥混凝土随玄武岩粉、玄武岩纤维等掺量增加,抗冻性能劣化.

Abstract

Based on freeze-thaw cycle tests,the damage strength of basalt fiber cement concrete and ordinary cement concrete is compared and studied,and the law of freeze-thaw damage strength of basalt fiber cement con-crete is given.Using freeze-thaw test method of highway engineering,the strength change analysis of composite ba-salt fiber cement concrete after freeze-thaw cycle is carried out,and the influence of strength loss of composite ba-salt fiber cement concrete and ordinary cement concrete is compared.The experimental results show that:(1)When the content of basalt powder is less than 1.5 kg/m3,the effect of adding basalt powder on the frost resist-ance of concrete has little change compared with the reference group;(2)The addition of basalt fiber has a great influence on the freezing-resistance of concrete.The addition of basalt fiber is 2.0 kg/m3,and the freezing-resist-ance of concrete is improved compared with the reference group.(3)The frost resistance of composite basalt fiber cement concrete deteriorates as the content of basalt powder and basalt fiber increases.
