超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)多孔材料凭借其优异的化学稳定性、较高的比表面积等特性,广泛应用在环境、能源、医疗领域.文章介绍了三种不同形态的UHMWPE多孔材料,同时介绍了多孔材料几个关键指标的表征手段.详细阐述了不同类型UHMWPE多孔材料的常用成型方法(拉伸法、热致相分离法、致孔剂成型法、粉末烧结法、发泡法)以及目前国内外的研究成果,在此基础上分析了各种成型方法的优势和不足,并提出了UHMWPE多孔材料未来的研究方向.
Molding and Application of Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene Porous Materials
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)porous materials are widely used in envi-ronmental,energy and medical fields due to their excellent chemical stability and high specific surface area.In this paper,three kinds of porous UHMWPE materials with different morphologies are introduced,and the characteriza-tion methods of several key indexes of porous materials are also introduced.The common forming methods of differ-ent types of UHMWPE porous materials(tensile method,thermal phase separation method,pore-forming agent method,powder sintering method,foaming method)and the current research results at home and abroad are de-scribed in detail.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of various forming methods are analyzed,and the future research direction of UHMWPE porous materials is put forward.
