Application and Research Progress of Sandwich Composite Materials in the Field of Rail Transit
Sandwich composite materials have been widely used in rail transit field due to their excellent me-chanical properties and weight reduction effects.This article introduces three types of commonly used sandwich composites,lists their typical applications of sandwich composites in rail transit field at home and abroad,briefly describes the research progress of sandwich composites,and suggests that further in-depth research can be conduc-ted in industry standards,computer-aided design,process improvement,and multifunctionalization.
