微波消解原丝和碳纤维的前处理方法

测定碳纤维和其前驱体原丝中微量金属元素的含量对碳纤维生产企业掌握碳纤维和原丝的性能至关重要.作为一种兴起的样品前处理方法,微波消解法具有操作步骤简单、耗时短、准确性高的特点,可以应用到碳纤维和原丝的消解领域.本文使用微波消解方法对PAN原丝及碳纤维样品进行前处理,并制备了可供ICP测试的待测样品.实验结果表明,在碳纤维和原丝微量金属元素含量的检测过程中,可以采用微波消解法代替传统的灰化法进行样品的前处理,并得到检测结果准确和重现性较好的消解试样.
Pretreatment Method for Microwave Digestion of Precursor Fibre and PAN-based Carbon Fiber
Determining the content of trace metal elements in carbon fiber and precursor fiber is very important for carbon fiber manufacturers to master the properties of carbon fiber and precursor fiber.As a rising sample pre-treatment method,microwave digestion can be applied to the digestion field of carbon fiber and precursor fiber due to its simple operation steps,short time-consuming and high accuracy.In this paper,the precursor fiber and car-bon fiber samples were pretreated by microwave digestion method,and the samples to be tested for ICP testing were prepared.The experimental results show that the microwave digestion method can be used instead of the traditional ashing method to digest the samples in the process of testing the content of trace metal elements in carbon fiber and precursor fiber,moreover,digestion samples with better accuracy and reproducibility of detection results were ob-tained.
