中温环氧MF6052高模碳纤维织物复合材料性能研究

摘要
以中温环氧树脂为基体,以MF6052 高模碳纤维织物为增强材料,通过热熔两步法成功制备了一种预浸料,制备出的预浸料具有良好的物理和工艺性能.并采用模压成型工艺制备了复合材料层压板,复合材料表现出良好的室温力学性能、较高的拉伸模量和优异的疲劳性能,拉伸模量达 94.0 GPa,拉伸疲劳强度达 353 MPa.相比中温T300 级和T800 级碳纤维织物预浸料复合材料,拉伸模量分别高出44%和34%,疲劳性能与T800 级碳纤维织物预浸料复合材料相当,同时面内剪切性能和层间剪切性能良好,表明研制中温环氧树脂与MF6052 高模碳纤维织物界面结合良好,成功实现了中温环氧高模碳纤维织物预浸料的国产化研制.
Abstract
In this study,a new prepreg was successfully prepared by hot melt pre-impregnation method using a medium temperature epoxy resin as matrix material and MF6052 high modulus carbon fiber fabric as the reinforce-ment material.The prepreg prepared has good physical and process properties.Composite laminates were prepared using molding process,which exhibited good room temperature mechanical properties,high tensile modulus,and excellent fatigue performance.The tensile modulus reached 94.0 GPa,and the tensile fatigue strength reached 353 MPa.Compared with medium temperature T300 and T800 carbon fiber fabric prepreg composites,the tensile modu-lus was 44%and 34%higher,respectively.The fatigue performance was comparable to that of T800 carbon fiber fabric prepreg composites.Besides,the in-plane and interlayer shear properties are good,which indicates that the developed medium-temperature epoxy resin has a good interface bonding with MF6052 high modulus carbon fiber fabric.Finally the domestic development of medium temperature epoxy high modulus carbon fiber fabric prepreg was successfully achieved.
