对碳纤维复丝测试过程进行研究分析,分别对复丝测试制样过程中张力、浸胶时间、胶液配比、固化温度、树脂含量进行研究考察.研究发现,在不对纤维造成损伤情况下,制样张力应较高,有利于发挥碳纤维强度;浸胶时间不可过短,避免浸不透现象;树脂配比应适当,既要利于固化,又要考虑设备长期运行,加强过程中要起到保护作用.
Carbon Fiber Multifilament Test Study
The testing process of carbon fiber multifilament is studies and analyzed.The tension,impregnation time,resin ratio,curing temperature,and resin content duting the testing process were investigated.It is found that,without damage to the fiber,higher tension should be applied during the sample preparation to maximize the strength of carbon fiber.The impregnation time should not be too short,to avoid the incomplete impregnation.The resin ratio should be appropriate to facilitate curing while considering the long-term operation of the equipment,strengthen the process.
