基于DFMEA的复材尾翼梁产品关键特性识别研究

针对碳纤维复合材料尾翼梁,提出了基于DFMEA的产品关键特性定量化识别方法.将尾翼主盒段作为系统,复材尾翼梁作为子系统,开展功能分析和映射,得到复材尾翼梁承接的功能需求.依次对尾翼主盒段和复材尾翼梁进行系统级和子系统级潜在失效模式及影响分析,按照失效要因的风险度RPN排序,得到碳纤维复合材料尾翼梁的产品关键特性.通过产品关键特性的识别与控制,可以用尽可能低的成本代价提升产品的质量.
A Study of Composite Empennage Spar Product Key Characteristic Identification Method
A composite empennage spar product key characteristic identification method is proposed in this pa-per.To obtain the functional requirements of composite spar,a functional analysis is conducted by considering em-pennage main box as a system and the composite spar as its subsystem.By performing a Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,the key characteristics of composite empennage spar are obtained through the rank of Risk Priority Number.The cost to improve the product quality can be as lower as possible through the identification and control of the product key characteristics.
