碳纤维作为轻质高强先进复合材料的增强体,近年来,除了传统的航空航天领域应用外,在风电、储氢气瓶、汽车等领域的用量突飞猛进发展.碳纤维较高的价格是其进一步扩大应用的痛点,碳纤维的低成本化越来越引起注意.综述了近年来在碳纤维低成本研发方面使用的新型原丝技术,如木质素、聚烯烃、纺织品级聚丙烯腈等原丝路线,讨论了新型原丝制得的碳纤维的性能、优缺点及成本情况,总结并展望了碳纤维低成本化亟待解决的问题及未来发展趋势.
Analysis of New Precursor Technologies for Low-cost Carbon Fibers
As a reinforcement of lightweight and high-strength advanced composite materials,carbon fiber has seen rapid development in usage in areas such as wind power,hydrogen storage cylinders,and automo-biles,in addition to traditional aerospace fields in recent years.The higher price of carbon fiber is the pain point for its further expansion of application,and the low-cost of carbon fiber is increasingly attracting attention.This article reviews the new types of precursor fibers used in low-cost research and development of carbon fibers in recent years,such as lignin,polyolefin,textile grade PAN and other precursor fiber.The performance,advantages,dis-advantages,and cost situation of carbon fibers produced by new filament technologies are discussed.It summarizes the new technologies used in low-cost carbon fibers,and looks forward to the urgent problems and future develop-ment trends in the low-cost development of carbon fibers.
