本研究聚焦国产T800 级碳纤维预浸料层间增韧设计,对比实验室自制热塑增韧粒子和市售热塑增韧粒子的层间微观形貌、粒子尺寸等,比较了两款性能不同粒子增韧层合板的力学性能.本文创新性提出层间粒子微结构缺陷定量化策略,并探讨了层间粒子微结构缺陷密度对CFRP抗冲击性能的影响机理.
Impact of Microstructure Defect Control of Interlaminar Toughening Particles in Prepreg on Impact Resistance of CFRP
This study focuses on the interlaminar toughening design of domestic T800 grade carbon fiber prepreg.The interlaminar microstructure and particle size of self-made thermoplastic toughening particles were com-pared with commercial thermoplastic toughening particles.Additionally,the mechanical properties of two types of particle-toughened laminates with different characteristics were compared.In this paper,an innovative quantita-tive strategy for analyzing interlayer particle microstructure defects is proposed,and the influence mechanism of in-terlayer particle microstructure defect density on the impact resistance of CFRP is discussed.
