摘要
芳纶纸蜂窝产品具有孔格数量多、高度不均一等特点,针对芳纶纸蜂窝产品表面质量检验方法中目视法检测效率低、精度低等问题,分析市场常见的工业内窥镜应用于芳纶纸蜂窝孔格内表面质量检验检测中的可行性.通过实际验证,采用工业内窥镜对芳纶纸蜂窝孔格进行表面质量检验,可以拓宽目视法的观察范围,提高芳纶纸蜂窝表面质量检测的效率和准确度.
Abstract
Aramid paper honeycomb products have the characteristics of large number of holes and uneven heights.In response to the low efficiency and low accuracy of visual inspection method in the surface quality inspection methods of it,the feasibility of applying common industrial endoscope to the internal surface quality in-spection and detection of aramid paper honeycomb products was analyzed.Through actual verification,the use of industrial endoscopes to inspect the surface quality of aramid paper honeycomb cells can broaden the inspection range of visual method,improve the efficiency and accuracy of aramid paper honeycomb surface quality inspection.
