Research Progress of FRP Pultrusion Profiles and Their Joint Connection Techniques
Fiber reinforced plastic(FRP)has the advantages of light-weight,high-strength,corrosion resist-ance,good fatigue resistance,easy pultrusion molding,and easy to realize industrial production.If it is applied in the field of civil engineering,it can effectively avoid the shortcomings of traditional building materials,and has broad application prospects.However,its high tensile strength,combined with low compressive and shear strength,severe anisotropy,and complex connection technology,poses significant challenges.Therefore,this paper systematical-ly summarizes the research progress of FRP connection technology,discusses the shortcomings of existing connection technology and related research,in order to promote the research and engineering application of FRP.
