PAN基预氧化纤维表面形态改善的研究

针对热风循环预氧化炉在生产过程中存在的丝束和单丝间热熔并现象和纤维表面杂质颗粒问题进行定向改造.结果表明,在预氧化炉的炉腔内安装分风装置,可以改善风量均匀性,有效解决丝束及单丝间的热融并现象;在预氧化炉加热温区增加循环风扇,同时在循环通道内加装过滤网,可以保持循环风的洁净,大幅减少纤维表面颗粒杂质,从而提升预氧化程度的均匀性及碳纤维性能的一致性,使最终碳纤维的力学性能得以显著提升.
Study on the Improvement of Surface Morphology of PAN-based Pre-oxidized Fibers
In view of the hot melt merging phenomenon between tow and monofilament and the problem of im-purity particles on the fiber surface in the production process of hot air circulating pre-oxidation furnace,direction-al transformation was carried out.The results show that the installation of air distribution device in the furnace cavi-ty of the pre-oxidation furnace can improve the uniformity of air volume and effectively solve the phenomenon of thermal melting and merging between the tow and the monofilament.In this way,the uniformity of the degree of pre-oxidation and the consistency of the properties of the carbon fiber are improved,so that the mechanical proper-ties of the final carbon fiber can be significantly improved.
